Jurassic Lunch!

I haven't made a bento in quite some time. The kids are on summer break and usually take care of lunch themselves. But today I decide to make them a dinosaur bento. Last week we watched the first three Jurassic Park movies. The kids had never seen them and they have always been a favorite of mine. They loved them. Especially my son. He has watched them a few times since. We can't wait to see the new Jurassic World movie! I needed to get a bit of my bento mojo back, So I grabbed some tools and set to work on a fun Jurassic bento.

The boy got a T-Rex peanut butter & jelly sandwich, cherries, apples and a clementine.

My middle school girl had a stegosaurus grilled cheese, cherries, apples, cucumbers and a half of a clementine.

The youngest girl had a triceratops grilled cheese, cherries, cucumbers, peppers, apples and a half of a clementine.

The cute dinosaur silicone cups were made by your truly! I found a dinosaur silicone baking mold at one of my local stores. I just used my trusty razor knife and cut them out! They were so easy to do and now I have dino cups!

I also made my mom a quick lunch for work. Five minutes of work and she can have a meal that is way better for her than fast food!

My mom has a everything bagel, cream cheese in the mini-dipper, a Colby-Jack cheese pack, cherries, and a clementine.

You can find the items I used in these lunches here. Just click on the picture. You can also find my inspiration also.
